Trust is something that cannot be bought; that is exactly why I travel from San Diego to Reseda (3+hours) to see Dr. Amik. He is the only one I trust with my dental treatment. Recommend to every one!
Dr. Amik is very nice! He has very friendly bedside manner and both are skilled physicians. The office is clean and attractive to Millennials/Generation Z. The staff is great too! Going to the dentist as a child meant lots of antibiotics (not very fun), so the relaxed bedside manner and extraordinary knowledge was key for me in building trust in my dental care as an adult.
Very unprofessional dental place. Irene/Ivy takes it upon herself to get a patients numbers and start messaging them on a personal level. Isn’t this breaking HIPPA? For personal relations. Very disgusting asking patients to bring you food and do personal runs while you’re working. Since when is this even allowed in settings like this. Very unprofessional for this place to have that kind of personnel working here. No wonder she wasn’t very welcoming of me and my daughters.
I made an appointment here after finding these reviews on Google, so it only feels fair to leave one confirming that all the five-stars are accurate! I had an urgent wisdom tooth situation and got a last minute appointment with Dr. Amik after a bad / rude consultation elsewhere in the city. I was impressed with how attentive everyone was, they listened to my concerns without rushing me and answered all my questions clearly. Irene and Nataly are amazing all the staff was friendly, and I was seen on time. Doctor Nellie made me feel confident in my treatment, She did a great Job. I highly recommend this place for the excellent bedside manner and professionalism."
