Yesterday Evening, I visited this location and noticed it was a busy time with fewer staff, which I completely understand. However, I don’t know what happened, but the manager suddenly started shouting at the employees. Everyone noticed it, and it created a stressful and uncomfortable environment. This kind of behavior is totally unfair and unprofessional. It was the first time I saw something like this, and it’s not the right way to treat workers. A manager should support the team, not create a negative atmosphere.

Very good clinic in Kitchener, very professional staff. Treatment done in given time. Dentist is experienced and does his job well. Grateful to this clinic for treating my tooth pain.
