The personnel is very customer oriented and friendly. The wait time is negligible. Dr. Jackson was very willing to discuss the dental issues I have had (meaning: he took his time).
The staff was kind and courteous.
I have always found those in Dr Jackson's office to bed courteous and helpful as well as knowledgable and supportive. Never have I waited more than a few short minutes for my scheduled appointment. I believe Dr. Jackson is an accomplished dentist and a person of fine character. My family and I have gone to him for more than 30 years.
Dr. Jackson is the only dentist I have ever seen and I am now 27. Dr. Jackson and his staff are truly what make going to the dentist a pleasant experience.
