I've been going to Dr. Dick Jackson's Dental Office ever since I moved to Cincinnati back in the 1980's. They take great care of me - from anything to a cleaning to urgent "dental emergencies". I feel like I am well cared for in a professional environment, with the latest of technologies and innovations.
My experience was awesome! I was worried that I would be in pain getting my tooth taken care of, but Dr. Jackson was super gentle and careful, and he was able to get it fixed with very little time and pain. Amazing job!!
Very professional and welcoming. I totally trust Dr. Jackson and everyone in the office. Choosing a doctor is a difficult task and to find one that you trust and are so comfortable with is so important. Everyone goes out of their way to make your visit the best.
Dr Jackson and the whole staff is excellent. Very accommodating, friendly, professional. The whole Team is also aware that dental work can be stressful and it’s a comforting feeling knowing they all care. My family of 5 have been customers for many years. Recently had an emergency and Dr Jackson squeezed me in to be sure I was taken care of.
The entire staff treats us like we are a part of their family. We see them twice a year, yet one would think we visit everyday.

I feel fortunate to have been a patient of Dr. Jackson for 20 years. Not only is he an outstanding dentist, but a fine person as well: He really cares for his patients. His practice is efficiently run, and his staff are both competent and personable, If it's possible to minimize the discomfort of going to the dentist, Dr. Jackson and his staff have done it!
They are always friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. I rescheduled this appointment 2 times and then came 15 minutes late and they still accommodated me with friendly faces.
