I love this office! Everyone is especially nice and friendly, but today Julie went above and beyond. Last week Julie asked if I could switch my appointment to an earlier time and I agreed. When I arrived she apologized they were running a little behind. I waited for 15 minutes which didn't seem like a big deal to me. As I left after the cleaning, Julie gave me a cup with a gift card inside. When I asked why, she told me that they asked me to switch my time and then I had to wait so this was like a thank you gift. I love Dr. Helton and her staff! They're friendly, knowledgeable and, above all, treat each patient as an individual. And I can't stress how impressed I am with their ability to craft permanent crowns in-office. They do a fantastic job, and I am super happy with my decision to go to Dentistry on 116.
