The staff ACTUALLY care about your well being, are willing to accommodate scheduling issues, and go and above and beyond working with your insurance. I am so incredibly thankful to have found this team, the staff are absolutely lovely and kind, I'd recommend ANYONE to come to this dentist office!
I had a very positive experience as a new patient. First Josie, office manager went above and beyond to secure an appointment for me on the day when I called, then I was greeted in the office with smile and kindness. The hygienist and the dentist were gentle, knowledgeable and thorough. My specific situation was addressed in detail and the dentist patiently explained to me what needs to be done and why. It was a great experience.
Dentistry in Newmarket is the absolute best!! From the admin team to the dental hygienist and of course the Dentists! They are all amazing, and really try to give you the best smile you can get! Highly recommend!
I have had an extremely bad experience with dentists my whole life. Here they were polite, and helpful. They didn’t PUSH anything on me, nor talked down to me. They understood my nervousness 👍 I actually walked out without a qualm about going back… highly recommend them❤️
