I came back to this office after being a previous patient and had a very disappointing experience. From the start I felt pressured to redo x-rays even though mine were up to date. One front desk staff member was kind, but another was extremely rude. I specifically asked for confirmation of insurance coverage before any procedures were done, yet the office went ahead without checking properly.
