Dr.Aghaei is the best dentist ever. He is so genuinely caring, meticulous, knowledgable and funny! Everyone at this clinic makes me feel at home. I'm so grateful for them and can't recommend enough 💜
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Aghai and his team. I’ve been to more than five different dental offices before, but this office is really different. I had a cavity filled with Dr. Aghaie, and unfortunately, the filling was done so poorly that I now have to have the tooth redone at another dental clinic. When I went to another dentist, they immediately pointed out the poor work and asked me who had done the filling. It was honestly embarrassing. Huge waste of time and money.
I completely disagree with the negative comments about Giti. In my experience, she has always been incredibly kind, patient, professional, and respectful. She genuinely cares about patients and always does her best to help with a positive attitude. I truly appreciate her dedication and the way she makes every visit feel welcoming and comfortable. She is a wonderful addition to the dental office!
Extremely disappointing experience, especially with the customer service. The receptionist, Gita, has been consistently rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. She speaks to patients as she owns the place. My last appointment was the final straw, she was actually yelling at me. She has also repeatedly changed or cancelled my appointments without properly informing me. Even after I confirmed an appointment a week in advance, it was cancelled and given to someone else.
