The office staff welcomed you with a very hearty hello. I had a very short wait to be taken back. The dentist was very understanding of my issues and was extra helpful because of my disability. No needles and no pain!!! The lady who clean my teeth took time to explain what she was doing and gave good advise about taking care of my teeth and gums. I cannot say enough about this practice. Every single person, from Beth to Dr. Bickel, everyone, embraces care of the patient. I cannot tell you how I have transformed as a dental patient, because of this office. I have gone from crying, needing sedated, and carrying on to being someone who doesn't mind going for a root canal!!! And that is due to Dr. Matt and his entire office. I cannot thank you enough.

Love the office and everyone in the office...Beth at the front desk is very helpful in explaining all details of billing and after care...Dr. Matt performed a root canal on a back molar...he explained what he was gonna do step by step...I felt very comfortable and I was in no pain at any time in my visit...and I am home and still painless...I am so very happy with my experience at Dayspring Laser Dentistry...! I also had a follow up call made by Beth at the front desk to see how I was feeling...!!! Very caring!!!
having not been to a dentist in about 8 years, I was a little worried and nervous about my visit, but that all changed quickly. it didnt take long for me to realize they just wanted to make the visit as comfortable and easy going as possible. ive had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Matt and his staff. they receive high marks from myself, and I am absolutely looking forward to future visits. just as my friend had recommended Dayspring to me, I will to, do the same for others.
