The “No Whining” sign was the first major red flag. I came in to have my three year old’s teeth assessed. I filled out a list to indicate very clearly the ways in which my daughter is sensitive include loud voices and also separation anxiety. The doctor immediately decided to try to pull my daughter away from me to see if she would go with her - and my daughter became traumatized and cried for me. Seriously amazing. They bring the kids back on their own which makes them much more calm. They are masters of distraction. They explain everything with just the right amount of detail to give kids some understanding, but not enough to freak them out. Love love them.

My 2.5 year old got his first exam today and I was worried that he would cry or throw a tantrum. But they let his older brother sit next to him which helped a lot. No crying or tantrums, and they took adorable pictures of them. My son did try to take a toy fire truck from the play area but I managed to pry it out of his hands. Sorry about that! You are all really kind and patient with little kids. Thanks to all the staff here!
