Thank you for getting me in for an emergnecy procedure. Dr. Berman did an excellent job and really considered my feeling about my needle issues. I really appreciated how compassionate he was toward me.
I thought the decor was old looking. There were winter decorations still hanging from the ceilings which I found to be odd. WHen I walked in the door, I wasn't greeted and I felt like I was annoying them by being there. I'm sure this was not true, it just wasn't very friendly. The hygenist was really nice and talkative, I wish I could remember her name. I would come back just to see her.
The assistant that was doing Maddys second X-ray was not very sensitive to the fact that Maddy was in a lot of pain. By the end of the X-ray she was in tears. Something like that makes a kid terrified of the dentist.
I have total confidence in Doctor Berman
The hygienist was amazing and talked the whole time about topics I enjoy taking about...sports. Dr. Berman was also very good as he explained something about my teeth I didn't even know! Will definitely be back.
All of the staff are willing to help with whatever is needed and each one helps one another. They have a great working environment which translates into a less stressful experience for the patient.
The Apples were old. Refresh them often.
