Denist herself was excellent and the hygentists were nice but the office staff and manager were absolutely horrid could never work with my work schedule schedule then had the audacity to ban my children from the practice for missed appointments. Not to mention I was pregnant and having complications. Started going to Dr. Innone in Monaca she's amazing and her staff were great to work with me and my schedule. Dentistry for children and teens will NEVER see my children again.
The absolute worst. Dr. Davis and his assistant should not be working with kids at all. He has no bedside manner and does not even attempt to build a rapport with his patients. Seriously if you are looking for a good dentist for your children DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
Took my daughter to get her tooth filled.. She is 7. We went in the room, they put the nose mask on her, and he started looking in her mouth.. She was scared, as any 7 year old would be for their first filling.. But she didn't fight it whatsoever, and she let him go.. Then he randomly said "I don't think she wants to do this." and got up and walked out of the room.. Wtf? I have been taking my daughter here for years and the staff are great. They have a big rainbow room. Very kid friendly! I highly recommend for all kids and teens!
I was very impressed by the staff at Dentistry for Children and Teens, Inc. My granddaughter (8 years old) had been very fearful on entering the office. Dr. Balk was so gentle and soothing. My granddaughter left with a positive sunny attitude. Thank you Dentistry for Children and Teens for changing her attitude. She will be at ease for future appointments.
