Was going to this place for 17 years. Dr. Orchan and his staff was great. This dentist office has went downhill real quick. They don't return your call. They are always behind. A cleaning will be two hours. The lady told my child of something hurts let her know. When my child did let her know. She just ignored my kid. This is not a place that I recommend and will not be returning.

Used to love this office but nothing but trouble and stress. The office has since shut down and I had went in to get my childrens medical records and they had me fill out forms and said I would get them in 3 to 5 business days. The 5th business day I still hadn't recieved their records called and never got an answer. Now I have no records for my kids new dentist. I see why they shut down after all the bad reviews I read from recently!

I had the same experience as one of the other reviewers. I bring my 13 yo daughter in every 6 months since she was 3. Dr Orchen told me everything was fine, even put in the notes that there were no cavities in August. We come back in 6 months and she has multiple cavities. We check the X-ray and she had cavities when he told me that she didn’t. Now we’re dealing with several days of her missing school and me missing work to take care of this. Since Dr. Orchen retired this dentist has gone down hill. They cancelled my daughters appointment the day of. Sent a text to reschedule, I called multiple times with no answer, left voicemail with no return call. They sent another text to reschedule tried to call again with no answer and no response to voicemail. Can’t even get an appointment.
