After being referred to them by our Orthodontist for Icon treatment. I was contacted the following day to ask if I would email them over the referral. I let her know after I spoke to the front desk at the ortho office, they should have everything they need. They said it takes 5-7 days to review the info, diagnosis and x-rays with the doctor and would call back to set up an appointment. After it now being 2 weeks from the initial referral date.
