Very pleased with this practice. Welcoming environment and great service!
Everything is good but the billing. Honestly, I probably made payments that were unnecessary because I didn’t know any better. Now I check every bill I receive and notify them of errors and sometimes it takes two or three cycles to get it corrected. And when you ask for an itemized bill, they just don’t make any sense. I’m staying here because the dental care is good, but if the billing issues continue, I will probably end up taking my kids elsewhere.
Highly recommend this pediatric dentist! The entire staff was wonderful with my kids and made the experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. We had a great experience from start to finish, and most importantly, my kids left happy! We’ll definitely be coming back!
