The office is sending us bills that we don’t owe. It seems like they are desperate for patients money without providing any service. It is illegal or harassment. For over two years, my children have not received any medical or professional services from this establishment. Been taking my 6 kids here for 9 years. Finally left last year due to billing issues. They did X-ray and fluoride when I filled out their own form saying not to. When I found out from my kids and brought it up with the staff (hey, why did you do this, when I marked no on your form) they made it this big, dramatic issue in front of other people in the office, and heavily pressured me to get it done, which was embarrassing to me, and unprofessional. I’ve been bringing my son here for over 12 years. They’ve always been so kind and made him feel comfortable from the front office staff to the hygienists and dentists. My son always looks forward to going to the dentist. The office environment is super clean, peaceful and pleasant while waiting during my child’s appointment.
I had a really disappointing experience at this dental office. My child was seen in March on the 12th, and they were in-network at that time. However, the insurance was canceled on the 15th. Despite that, they had my child come back on the 19th and charged me out-of-pocket for $128 without informing me they were no longer in-network. When I spoke to her, she would not waive the fee.
