Worst dental office ever! Waited to get in for almost two months, confirmed new state insurance with Shannon on the phone week prior and the day of just to get sent home because new insurance is through state! You can go ahead and refuse to work with poor people's insurance but do it in advance! I called to confirm 2 times! Because of this 4 year old kid has to walk around with toothache for couple more weeks until we find different doctor and this single mom has to take another unpaid day off work to bring him in!

We have 7 children 1-14yrs (as of 2016), and they have always had their smiles checked with DFC. They actually ask when they get to go again, looking forward to the game/movie room, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, high tech dentistry, balloon animals and goodie bags. Dr Carreras is simply the best with children, delightful with parents, and good at what he does.
