I booked an appointment online a week in advance, but when I called on the day of the appointment to confirm, I was told the website was down and that I would need to book a completely new appointment. To make things worse, their website shows availability until 5:30 PM, while the person on the phone told me their last appointment is actually at 2:45 PM. In addition to having my teeth cleaned, I’ve had crowns and a tooth extracted at Dr Gampa’s office. She is in the process of correcting my bite - which needed to be done for reasons unrelated to her work. Dr Gampa took the time to explain everything completely. She is a perfectionist, exceptionally skilled, kind and calm as are her staff. Her equipment and procedures are completely up to date. I highly recommend Dr Gampa and her practice.
