I went to dentistry blossom as a result of a coupon for xray, exam, cleaning. I was at he dentist office for 1hr 30 minutes and all I rec'd was xrays. Dentist said I needed deep cleaning and wouldn't do the "cleaning" associated with the coupon. She didn't even check my mouth. I went back to my own dentist of 20+ years and my gums are healthy and by no means needed a deep cleaning. I also had a broken tooth that needed a crown. When I requested a comprehensive email, including procedure cost I never received one. My email must not of lost or rejected an email from this office since I was able to receive this survey. I would still like to know what exactly 905 dollar quote covered. Which is what I was price quoted for a cleaning and filling replacement, after 40 percent off with delta insurance. I only wanted a clear view of my cost in writing.
