I love the dental service, but every time I have an appointment and we receive a bill (via mail) at home several weeks later, my wife has problems with the billing department. Among other issues, she'll receive phone calls from the billing department after they've received our payment telling her that no payment is due, so they are voiding our check; then, we receive a past due notice (sometimes with late fees added) weeks later.
