Dr. Oslund and staff are highly competent. They are also ethical which is important. No issues with upselling. They do what they are supposed to do. Provide an opinion and recommended treatment if necessary.

I like Dr. Island but I'm getting tired of having my hygienist switched and not telling me. I schedule with Kristen for a reason. Please do not shift me around anymore. This has happened twice and I have not liked any of the other hygienists. I have talked with the front office so as hope this doesn't happen again. It is making me question if I want to continue to come to your office

Excellent service and staff. Yesterday morning two veneers cracked. Called at 845 am and was sitting in the dentists chair by 930 and back at work by 1130am. Veneers were removed, molded and fitted new veneers, temp put in place til veneers come in. Your office staff is friendly and professional, keep up the good work!
The staff is always very friendly, professional and efficient. The environment is always clean and providing a relaxing atmosphere. Always enjoy my overall experience at Lake Nona Dental. Blessed to have such a great group of caring people. :)
