Very friendly and professional
The staff was kind and helpful. Through and thoughtful. I felt more like a valued customer and less like a patient-they even stopped to pose with me for a selfie. Shirlee was great helping me figure out my multiple insurance/ Benny card issues, even figuring out that waiting a month would help me get a better co-pay and getting pre-authorization in writing. Thanks!
