Thank you very much, I am really grateful for your treatment. My son had a serious sedation at your dentistry however he recovered very quickly after that.
The nurses are awesome. The front desk lady and the that work here are absolutely rude and not the type of people that should be representing and office that helps with ODSP and dental benefits. I feel like the definitely treat you differently from a person with a regular job and that's sad!
I brought my almost 4 year old daughter here in July and until now I haven't heard anything yet when her appointment is. Your office should at least return a call or email back. It is very disappointing and frustrating when nobody responded. I just wasted the consultation fee that I paid for. By the way I also emailed your office about 3 weeks ago not to bother finding a spot for my daughter and again nobody even call or responded and find out why !!! Oh just an FYI I found a Paediatric Dentist and no need for your service.
Dr. Copp is an exceptional dentist, and a good, good person. I have been a patient for 30 yrs. He changed my perception of dentistry. He made so that not only was I not afraid to go to the dentist, I (almost) looked forward to it. As my kids were born and grew older, they too became patients of Dr. Copp. He is caring, switched on, funny. Dr. Copp is the best, exceptional at what he does.
Best surgery experience I've had.
