My entire family (3 kids, my husband and I) are seen at this office and I am soooo very HAPPY with the service. Everyone is so polite, friendly, caring and understanding. They tell/explain everything from the time you are in the chair to the time you walk out of the office. I have been to several offices and have changed due to not liking staff or feel as a mother not informed. But this office is nothing like the rest...Thank you everyone...
I was fearful and anxious about getting my teeth drilled for fillings as my previous experience during a crown proceedure with another dentist was horrifying and painful! Dr. Shetal took the time to make sure the areas were numb before drilling and took the the time to calm any fears that I had. Thank you!!
