I have called and provided my Dental Insurance phone number and ID number 2 times. Both times I was assured that the coverage would be checked for confirmation before my appointment. Apparently it was not checked. I spoke to a lady named Nasiya, when I provided the information the second time. I asked her to call me back, if she had any open questions after checking with my Insurance provider. I have not heard back from her yet.
