So frustrating. Took my daughter for a consult. Dr was supposed to review X-rays and get back to me… I waited and no response. Called. They “missed” the email with X-rays, dr would review and call me back. No call. Days go by. I call, email, leave messages, no call back. When I call, Jackie is always “too busy” to talk to me. I wait 10-20 mins on hold before hanging up. I guess they don’t want or need my business? Very frustrating as I’ve wasted so much time.

Refusing to book My daughter an appointment because it’s Friday and they “Close” at 5 even though I called to let them know she was in pain from an abscess she pointed out same day

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Temecula Kids Dentistry on 4/14/26, We’ve been coming here for years, and today made it very clear that this office has completely lost sight of how to treat their patients, especially children. One of the employees (no name tag, conveniently) spoke to my 13-year-old daughter with shocking disrespect and attitude. She actually had the nerve to question why they should “waste their time” because of a broken bracket, something that was already looked at and cleared by this SAME office less... read more

I had a great experience bringing my son to Dentistry 4 Kids & Orthodontics! The dentist and assistant were both incredibly nice and very comforting, which made such a big difference for him. They were patient, gentle, and made sure he felt safe the entire time. The office is also really welcoming, and I loved that there are TVs to watch while getting dental work done—it helped keep him relaxed and distracted. Overall, such a positive experience for both of us. Definitely a 5-star place!
