Dentistry side of this place has been good, no problems. But I do not recommend the orthodontics side. We show up before our appt time and yet every time we’ve been in the waiting room for an hour. I understand waiting happens sometimes, schedule falls behind, but this has been a continual thing. They also are only in office on Wednesdays, so if something happens Thursday, you have to wait an entire week to be able to be seen again. Among other smaller complaints. If I can give less than one start I would. This is one of the wrongs with this world where’s the humanity the understanding of another person. I have had good experience with this dentist been going for about 8 years and when I had a problem it was always resolved but whoever hired or placed Angy as an office manager needs to reevaluate her. Daughter loves the dentist and we have this amazing place to thank for that! Very clean and kid friendly, even has a cool room with tablets to play on and tvs on the ceiling always have a good movie going! Very professional and always send me appointment reminders as well which I appreciate!
Just wrapped up our third visit to Dentistry 4 Kids in Temecula with my two little ones (ages 4 and 2), and once again, the experience was top-notch.
