I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist! The entire staff, including the doctors and the orthodontics team, is incredibly kind, patient, and friendly. Angela Robles-Gutierrez, in particular, has been amazing to work with. She is highly professional, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions.
Horrible front desk “assisting” It’s been multiple times of appointments not being fulfilled due to insurance “not active”, my insurance cleared and it’s active. They need a better system or another person at the front, she did not call on either occasion to discuss this and I would’ve not gone up there for my child not to get seen again.
My daughter has been going to this dentist for years. The first thing I will say is she is always so excited for her dentist appointments! I use to hate the dentist as a kid and I wish my dentist had been as kid friendly as this place! Secondly I would like to add how much my daughter and I appreciate that the dentists and assistants always communicate with my child before they switch tools and what not. So frustrating. Took my daughter for a consult. Dr was supposed to review X-rays and get back to me… I waited and no response. Called. They “missed” the email with X-rays, dr would review and call me back. No call. Days go by. I call, email, leave messages, no call back. When I call, Jackie is always “too busy” to talk to me. I wait 10-20 mins on hold before hanging up. I guess they don’t want or need my business? Very frustrating as I’ve wasted so much time.
Refusing to book My daughter an appointment because it’s Friday and they “Close” at 5 even though I called to let them know she was in pain from an abscess she pointed out same day
