Extremely Disappointing and Frightening Experience I took my son to this dentist yesterday, and what happened during his appointment was absolutely terrifying. While the doctor was working on him, my son started choking. I had to stop everything and repeatedly yell, “He’s choking! He’s choking!” What happened next was extremely upsetting. This dentistry was very nice the staff and the front desk girl was very nice I think her name was Clarissa she was very nice and helping me schedule an Appointment. The staff in the back were very polite and explained everything to me, definitely bringing all my family here.

Today was a really good experience. When we got there, the lobby was super clean, and Clarissa and Jackie greeted us. Jackie helped us with the payment and explained all the financial stuff, then checked my daughters in. After the visit, my daughters made their next appointment with Clarissa, who even asked about their school schedules to make sure their orthodontic appointments would work out.

Young girl receptionist is always very impulsive and rude. The other one is cool but this one is always so rude. Also, my son is in treatment and they seem to be pushing his contract further into more time than was expected on the contract making me believe I will end up paying more in the end as was proposed on the contract. I was trying to speak to the manager about it(being nice and chill about it) but this very rude receptionist makes me not want to be here or give them my business anymore. Her name is Clarissa.

Mi hijo va para ortodoncia, lleva 1 año de tratamiento de braces y la verdad han sido puros malas experiencias desde el trabajo que hacen hasta la limpieza del lugar( se ve todo enpolvado) pero el mas grande problema es la MALA ACTITUD del personal de la recepcion porque desde que llegas te reciben con cara de enfado y apenas te quieren contestar el saludo y si haces alguna pregunta te ven como si les moleata o como que eres estupido y no entiendes y no se diga cuando llamas por telefono porque siempre te ponen en espera.
