Took child for exam and cleaning. “Exam” was a 6 second standing look in the mouth by someone. Not sure if it was a dentist- no introduction or ID. No X-ray- machine was broken. “Cleaning” was 12 second brushing. I did a better job brushing before arriving. Nothing else. Trash everywhere. Paid $75 and felt scammed.

Estaba muy agusto ahí hasta que un día normal de limpieza a mi hija , me dijeron que la tenía que llevar a otro lado xq le encontraron una caries que ya estaba en el nervio y ellos ya no podían hacer nada y la mandaron con un cirujano . Cuando la revisaron aya me dijeron que esa caries no se le hizo en 6 meses, tuvieron que pasar años para eso .que les dice eso de su trabajo ( fue por culpa de ellos que le llegó hasta el nervio ) por no darse cuenta a tiempo . We switched from a popular kids dentist office that kept kids and parents happy by giving them a toy every visit. But the care was so impersonal and felt like a mill getting kids in and out with out any explanation really. , Everyone who has worked with my daughter has been so kind and comforting thru every visit. Every visit Dentist/ tech has explained treatment/process and given me the option to decline. Pros and cons . I am glad we switched. Wish I would have done it sooner

Good customer service. They call you to the back quick. Hardly no waiting. Good dentist works well with kids.
