Love this location so much for my children that I've switched dentist to come here myself as they also treat adults. My children have been coming here for years. My daughter is very dramatic and difficult to work with. The staff in dental and orthodontics are very patient yet firm. Dr Cynthia Jones runs a tight ship. Christopher has been coming here since he was around 18 months old. I was so impressed with the staff and the way they treated him. it felt like having a family member holding him. when we moved from Duluth to banks county I asked him do you want me to find a dentist closer and he told me no because he didn't trust any other dentist. now its time for his braces, I decided it was only right for us to come to dr. jones and pay her to do his braces even though he has medidcaid.
Dr. Jones is a force of nature which is why all of my four kids love her. She exudes confidence and competence. You just know that she will do what is best for the patient, not necessarily what is most convenient for the dentist. The whole facility is geared toward making the children feel comfortable but is also absolutely immaculately clean. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jones and her superb staff.
