I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star. The staff have no idea what they're doing, don't process insurance claims properly (or at all in my case), and do not call patients in a timely manner (or at all in my case). The actual doctor may be good, but since the ladies in the front didn't do their job, I will never know. Steer clear of this place, unless you have months of your life you want to waste waiting for help. The first time my daughter and I visit, we were amazed at the beautiful murals!!! But most importantly being her first time all staff members were so sweet and professional the office was was also kept clean other then that the girls were very nice with my daughter they made her feel welcomed and they knew how to make her feel comfortable and most important not to be afraid to visit the Dentist... So am glad we came here rather then any other Orthodontist. This place is perfect for kiddos!
I thought everyone was really nice. Also were concerned with the well being of their patients.
