I am submitting this review for my daughter who has gone to Dr. Elaine Martinez-Koziol for a few years now. My daughter loves her visits and we love the quality of care that she receives. The office works seamlessly with a nearby orthodontist who is also outstanding so we feel fortunate that we have such great pediatric dental care in Fleming Island. Highly recommended.
Yes, I as one of "those patients". I showed up without a new insurance card and not the best way to get one. The staff went above and beyond to find my policy and number so that I wouldn't have to file the insurance myself! Also, the entire office is well aware of my family's peculiarities and they make it as comfortable as possible for me and my children!! We wouldn't go anywhere else!! Kudos to dr. Martinez and her entire staff!!
I love my dentist! She is so nice and all her staff is too. We get a coin after we get your teeth cleaned or a cavity filled which I did today and it did not hurt!

The dentist office staff and dentist is great! They are so quick with cleaning our teeth and we do not have to wait long to go back to be seen either! We get excellent care! I would recommend our dentist to anyone!
We do not live in Florida, just here visiting family for Christmas break. My son ending up having an emergency with one of his teeth and it needed to be extracted. They were completely booked up but still cared enough to squeeze him in to get taken care of. Everything ended perfectly and went very smooth. Very professional caring people.
As always, the staff is amazing & Dr. Martinez is able to handle a full office of children with ease. She takes time to explain treatment plans clearly & kids love going to the office. My daughter is even looking forward to getting braces down the road.
Everyone at the office was really nice and efficient. Dr. Martinez is very caring with her patients.
