When we arrived for our very 1st appointment as soon as I finished the paperwork we were called back. Ryan was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was being done and needed to be term I could understand. This was a very pleasant visit.
My son's partial came out Monday evening. I called Tuesday morning and got an appointment right away! Didn't have to wait any time when I arrived. My son can be quite difficult to deal with but the staff and Dr. Martinez never make him seem like problem or inconvience. His partial was put back in quickly and I was out in under 20 minutes. Dr. Martinez explained everything to me and let me know what may occur and need to be fixed in the future. Been taking my two kids here for years
Dr. Martinez and her staff have always been nothing but courteous to my family. They work together beautifully and take the time to explain anything you might have questions about. If you are looking for a fantastic dentist for your children, you have found the perfect one. They also have two different locations that you can see her at which helps with scheduling appointments for your children. My boys love going here!
Our visit was nothing but pleasant and the staff was courteous like always! Dr. Martinez takes the time to explain to you what is going on, what to look for in coming up months/years and offers ideas as well as listens.
We have been going to Dr Martinez office for a couple years and I cant say enough great things about her and her staff ! I have three children including a son with Down Syndrome !! My child with DS would always cry when going to previous Peds Dentist ! So I thought we would try a different Dentist office ! We went and on the FIRST visit to Dr Martinez office .. there was not ONE tear shed ! The staff couldn't have been any better my son was a little scared and he's ready to come back in for his next visit already.
All the staff is extremely helpful. They interact with kids the best they could. The facility is beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
