The Whole experience was excellent from calling in to schedule to check out. Monica-[frt. desk] girl was very friendly upon answer phone and efficient during check In. She had all the paperwork ready, Amber-[Hygengist] , is also very friendly and through explaining as she worked, & made sure you understood her explantions. Dr. B was nice and he too very through. On Jan 6, 2023, Friday I was able to get a last minute appointment for my painful situation dealing with my jaw. The staff from the Reading Road clinic and the Doctor rectified the problem within 10 minutes with a minor surgery to correct the problem without any waiting period. I am always satisfied with my dental care! A great environment from a great team!
Dr. Bui, Amber, Laura, and Monaca are very kind and very professional. It is an honor to have them as our Dental Caregivers.
First time very good experience. Staff was very friendly explained all what they were going to do step by step. Amber the hygienist gave me a lot of information about what I might encounter in my future visit because I have to go see a Root Canal specialist they recommended . Was very impressed.
The entire staff and doctors treat you with making you feel you are family...which we all are as patients of 5 star Dentists. Been a patient for over 10 years and my friends and family are proud of their exceptional care given to all who come for care!!
