Incredibly disrespectful of peoples times. Confirmed for apt request only for them to change it to 15 minutes after with every confirmation text. The day off, they tried to confirm it for an hr later than what I requested and was accepted for. I said no, and they told me my original time was fine. Showed up on time, an hr later and I still wasn’t seen yet they made me pay for the initial exam before even seeing me. Absolutely abusive of peoples time. Awful customer service from the front desk.
