For sure they are nice and keep it fun, but that's not what I went for. Plus, they get paid by commission--an eyebrow raiser right there. The hygienist and dentist convinced me that my gums were infected and talked me into getting the SPR cleaning for periodontitis before I found out that I had none of the symptoms!
