Very understanding and professional staff. Helped be make a plan that fits my insurance and my budget. The atmosphere is calming and beautiful. Feels very inviting not like a business or any dental office I've ever been to. Made me feel at ease. I thank God I finally found a place like this. I cant wait to get this journey with my dental care started further along.
I had a chipped front tooth and I called and they got me right in and took care of it! Dr Ludlow and staff did an amazing job, and Audrey took her time and made sure I was happy with it! Thank you so much!
I have had nothing but trouble out of Hometown Dental ever since I discovered I had a cavity back before Thanksgiving of 2024. They recommended and performed 2 fillings on both of my bottom molars. One held up fine, the other was drilled out too deep, and after about 5-6 appointments(charging me each time for xrays etc), they referred me to an endodontist over in Knoxville. I give Hometown Dental of Jefferson City five stars! I took my mother who is 89 years old there yesterday for the first time. We were greeted professionally and the staff is absolutely wonderful! The dentist and his assistant both treated us so special and they really took the time to understand our concerns. We recommend them to anyone looking for a dental professional in Jefferson County!
