Showed up on time for my appointment and was greeted with “unfortunately, you booked online and it is not integrated with our system” I was not notified ahead despite front desk saying they tried to call. If only healthcare providers considers the trouble we go through to search from a bank of in-network providers to finally find something with availability, only to get work off and coordinate with family to go these appointments and have them be cancelled for totally preventable reasons. Why have an online system then?
I’ve been going to Dr. Ormsby for many many years now and don’t know why I haven’t posted a Google review yet. I know with out a shadow of a doubt that they care about me and my teeth! They do a tremendous job taking care of my teeth and I know they’re incredibly honest with absolute integrity. I am very grateful to call Dr. Ormsby my dentist and know that I am in good hands as it relates to the health of my teeth with his staff.

Friendly Receptionist and staff! I needed a permanent topping on my crown after a root canal. It was quick and painless. Dr. Ormsby is great!
Had an issue with their advertising and it was resolved the next day.
