I am a huge fan of Dr. Bonn, however his front desk staff disappointed me. I called to make an appointment for a dental cleaning and I was asked to provide my insurance info which I did and the staff verified I was good to go and my cleaning would be covered. They never charged me prior to leaving the office after the cleaning, but I got a bill a month later for $330. Has put me in collections over a charge for work on a tooth that he never performed. I paid him for all other work with no issue but he told his assitant when I was in the dental chair he did not need to do anything to that particular tooth yet they billed not only me but also filed on my dental insurance. I am in process of having my current dentist pull records before my visit to him and compare to now so I can prove no work was done and then I will hand over to dental insurance company to proceed how they see fit. After much research (this entailed visiting and calling six dentists) my husband and I decided on Dr. Bonn. Not only is he detail oriented, which is very important when it involves teeth (functionality and appearance) he is very talented in what he does. Underlying the talent is a deep desire to excel by staying abreast of new developments in his field. As a result, my teeth are beautiful and I couldn’t be happier.
