I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Dr. Patterson is a nice and gentle dentist, and I appreciated his demeanor. Unfortunately, my experience with Stoney Creek Family Dental was frustrating due to insurance coordination and communication issues. Despite multiple confirmations from Humana that my crown was authorized, the office staff refused to verify it and spoke over me when I tried to clarify.
