I had several teeth removed and Dr. Patterson said he had to cut two of them out, one was not healing and he said give it time. Received a call saying they were no longer taking my insurance so I found another dentist. Three months now and still not healed, new dentist takes X-rays and finds that the root is still in there, even though Dr. Patterson said he had cut it out!! This place is simply amazing! They were able to squeeze me in and handle my situation with awesomeness! The receptionist was very friendly and the dentist was the absolute best! They took the time to explain everything in detail and were extremely detail oriented when working on me. I highly recommend coming here. Thank you so much you guys! I appreciate yall so much!
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Dr. Patterson is a nice and gentle dentist, and I appreciated his demeanor. Unfortunately, my experience with Stoney Creek Family Dental was frustrating due to insurance coordination and communication issues. Despite multiple confirmations from Humana that my crown was authorized, the office staff refused to verify it and spoke over me when I tried to clarify.
