Words cannot express the professionalism that I received from this office….The staff made me feel so welcome and at ease from the moment I walked in the door….I would recommend this office to ANY INDIVUDUAL who needs dental work done…..and once again I would like to THANK ALL STAFF AND THE DR…for outstanding treatment I received…
Really great experience. I really liked them. Unfortunately during this covid outbreak they changed what insurances they take and didn't even inform me. Just took me off the schedule/canceled my appt that was scheduled in January set for April and while I knew that I would be unable to go to that appt (because of covid 19) they didn't even try to contact me regarding future appointments.
Best dentist ever he saved my teeth while other dentist wanted to just pull them out!!!! That you Dr. Prondecki!!!!
i went here for a root canal, and he numbed me, n it hurts, and i started crying. and prondeki was rude and told me to stop crying or id have to leave. then i got yelled at y him. im never going back there. but everyone else there was nice. and i sat n the waiting room for god knows how long, even when my appointment coouldve been happening! and my friend who was literally sleeping there had to work overnight! and after,it hurt so ad i had to get pain killers. that didnt help. then it broke, just when i was eating, so i sche... read more
