Llevo muchos años visitando esta oficina y son super amables, el doctor Javier muy atento y su asistente Dani muy simpática dispuesta a ayudar en todo. Me siento como en casa. La mejor oficina de Kendall sin ninguna duda.
My insurance covers all services, they did not want to do my standard cleaning, because they offered me another one for 900 dollars and many other services, for a cost of 3000 and 4000 dollars, but they refused to give me the standard service that covered my insurance, some scammers, I do not recommend this place at all, zero professional and good to offer you services for 900 dollars up to 4000 dollars, Bamos is a disaster. I think this office needs a review. Zero percent recommended.
This place is a nightmare. After wasting over an hour between the waiting room and the dentist chair, they suddenly refused to do a simple cleaning because of my pregnancy, even though Dentist Ucros had authorized it and the receptionist Cynthia already knew. Then Dentist De la Barca contradicted everyone and demanded another authorization. The contradictions, lack of communication, and negligence are alarming. Mi experiencia ha sido increíble han sido muy expertos en la atención q me han dado estoy muy complacida con el resultado del trabajo. En general todos son muy cariñosos y le explican a los pacientes en este caso a mi personalmente la mejor opción para mi salud estoy muy agradecida con ellos en especial con el Dr DE LA BARCA y rossy y Zait que me acompañaron en mi proceso.
