Noticeable improvement, in my opinion, over the office since the time it was Impressions Dentistry (it is now Denti Belli). Gone is the pushiness and tendency to over-sell dental procedures. Greatly appreciate the change in atmosphere! They should put out a banner "Under New Management" -- definite improvement! Professional and polite.
Promptly began the appointment as scheduled. Each person was professional. Office and equipment was high quality. Decided to make a second visit.
I feared going to the dentist due to a bad experience. I put off going for years. My experience was literally perfect! From the moment I was welcomed at the entry to the time I left I felt welcome. The cleaning was thorough and everything was explained to me. The Dentist was fabulous. So calm and definitely an expert in her craft. I can't believe I am saying this but I am truly looking forward to my next visit!!!!!
Great dentistry practice. Katie at the front desk is the best. I miss the tray of dental supplies when you walk in. I loved being able to pick up my flossing wands after my appointments, but alas, no more. :-(

I started going to this dental clinic when Dr. Chen was still here with us and also when his family was covering all of the work. So when my 7 year son woke up crying with a toothache and I could not get him into his pediatric dentist, I called Katie and she said to bring him right in. We met the new dentist, Dr Michelle, and I was super impressed! She got right on his level and assured him that things were going to be ok. From the front office to the treatment areas, and the service with the patient's health and comfort being foremost in their practice.
Excellent experience with Dr. Taylor and the staff at Impressions Denistry. They explain the procedure and cost and make you comfortable.
Dr. Taylor is great !!! Good bedside manner and very informative about my teeth. Would refer my friends!!!
