The DentFirst McDonough dental hygienist are great, but front staff are not. Especially people in billing. Do not seem to care about preserving their customer base. They obviously charge the insurance company more than what they state to you when you leave the office. You pay at the end of the appointment your portion only to end up with an additional bill every single time weeks later. Justina, we are very sorry to hear about this billing issue. We bill each person, and insurance, the same fees. Some insurance companies have different contracted amounts. The insurance company will often pay us the incorrect fee. We are already looking into your account with them and would love to speak to you further about this matter.
