I am very disappointed with Dental Works. I was informed I had to be charged $138 dollars as a new patient even though I've been there multiple times. I was told because this was the first time the new dentist was seeing me and they saw me in 2021! Well if my teeth were fine for a few years I didn't need to come in!!!! The dentist is the new person Not Me! Your charging me because I'm new to him! Really

This place sucks and needs to shut down. Poor Customer service, they over charge you and they do not return your phone calls. I will be pulling myself, my son and grandson from this place.

This was the most unprofessional experience that I have ever had. My Dentist most of Retired NO one told me!!! However , a new Dentist took his place and was not in the Hmo!! Network. AGAIN no one told me and my Dental Works was not Covered. I am a Senior and this is terrible and I am Outraged. The Dentist Office was not clean I took photo of the Dentist Office.
