Great experience and very professional team.
The entire staff, from the receptionist to the doctor, is completely amazing! This was my 1st visit and I hadn't been to the dentist to at LEAST 20 years and I was not shamed or made to be embarrassed. They took the time to, not only listen to my reasons why, but also showed genuine empathy. My benefits were explained and we worked out a plan to help get me back on track with my oral health. Just slightly concerned about the infection control in the office. Their are no light covers on handles, so not sure how that is cleaned in-between patients. Seems that staff wear same ppe except gloves in-between patients and some of the cords on the machine touch the floor.
