Great Care Overall, One Visit Missed the Mark I’ve had really great experiences with DentalWorks overall, both in Louisville and here, which is why I’m giving 4 stars. I went to dental works 4 years ago because my prior dentist got 3 new office managers in 2 years. Each time the new manager said their predecessor was incompetent and had billed me wrong. Then presented me with a new $400 or $500 bill from service done and paid for 6 months ago. Third time I moved on. Dental works has taken care of my teeth very well and there has never been an issue on the bill. The cost has always been reasonable and as stated prior to service.
