Recommended1st time visit- I called and promptly Michelle helped me with insurance stuff. i got appt same day. i went for regular cleaning. Olga was absolutely amazing. even amazing was Dr. Diamond. No crazy services were pushed on me. everything was well explained. I was referded for Invisalign and i will definitely always go there for my follow ups ! i am so glad we have an amazing place in town for dental needs ! place was clean, and all covid restrictions were followed from start to finish.

No one better than Dr. Diamond. Very thorough and a perfectionist. I love that he uses humor to help sooth a nervous wreck like myself. As for a Dental Hygienist, schedule an appointment with Dawn. She is one of the nicest people you will ever come across. There’s a reason why I travel from the North Shore to West Islip for a dentist, and Dr. Diamond and Dawn are those reasons!

I heard such good things about Dental365 and from the moment I was greeted by Dawn the receptionist , who was very nice and helpful, I knew I made the right choice. The entire staff were great! The dentist, Dr Elizabeth Elstein was terrific, she took her time to explain the procedure and what to expect afterward. She was calm, caring, gentle and very experienced . The office was clean and modern and they are open 7 days a week and accept walk-ins!! I was very impressed! I definitely recommend Dental365 in West Islip!
I just had my first visit to this location. My experience was amazing! The hygienist (Janet) and doctor (Dr. Fernandez) were very knowledgeable and comforting. They went above and beyond to make sure that my teeth were not only healthy, but that I liked them visually as well. The office itself was very clean and new. The receptionists were also very friendly and sweet. I am so happy I chose this office!
I had so much pain from an infected tooth. Dawn at the front desk was so kind and told me to come in right away! They were able to help me so that I didn’t spend Christmas in misery. Very organized and immaculate office. Highly recommend!
