RecommendedThe staff is very friendly and they remember your name. They were very thorough in explaining the procedure and costs. They have Netflix and music so you are distracted. Best thing for me though is they have evening and weekend hours so I don't have to miss work.
Staff including the Dentists and assistants are super professional and friendly. Office is clean, appointment times are respected. Dentist take their time discussing your dental status and next steps
I find the entire staff to be extremely professional, courteous & through. I had a strong dislike of dentist, everything from X-rays, cleaning, exams and the simplest procedures. However, Park Slope 365 has changed my opinion. I no longer dread my visits and I actually keep my appointments.
While visiting family in Brooklyn NY I developed an abscessed tooth and needed immediate care - on Saturday, the day before Easter! Remarkably there was an Immediate Care Center, City MD, just down the street. Once it was determined it was a tooth issue I was told I needed an Immediate Care Dentist. The staff and the doctors are excellent. The facility is very clean.
Had to have a root canal for a broken tooth. I was so nerves and yheyadr me feel very a ease. I would recommend this office to everyone.
