Janelle always makes sure that I am comfortable with what she is doing and helps me to understand the care plan set out for me. At check out, I received an estimate of my financial responsibilities for the next visit before making the appointment. I like to be able to plan for those costs. It is nice to see them expanding, too. Congratulations!
