The dentist was very kind I was nervous and he made me feel very comfortable however the front office staff lied about how much things would cost. I was told how much I would have to pay the next time I went in and when I got there the price had gone up I will avoid this office as much as possible when I consider having my dental work done I think they were overcharging to begin with and now they're lying they'll nickel and dime you don't trust then this has been my experience And this is my opinion
Awesome staff. So professional and kind. Will be my dentist from now on, even though I live in Montana with condo in Havasu. Addressed all my dental issues very thoroughly and treatments. Got me in the same day and started treatment for infection. Thank you guys. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.
The staff is friendly, professional and went above and beyond when I was having medication issues and Dr. Tarun Sachdeva even stepped in to make sure I was taken care of. If anyone has had tooth issues know how painful it can be...the pricing was upfront and the office manager explained the cost and breakdown of the costs. Also went over furthur treatment costs and options. I never felt like I was being rushed or herded like cattle in and out the door as many of the Dr. offices in Lake Havasu...
Continued excellent care provided.
