For having no insurance, they really go out of their way to squeeze every cent out of you, from memberships and to payment plans. Do yourselves a favor. Go to a dentist school, corporate dentists like these only view you as a blank check.

So if you want a place to wait.. this is it. I had an appointment for 11am didn't get to see the dentist until 1:15 for 1 min then had to wait till 1:30 to get the numbing shots then the oral surgeon finally came to pull my tooth. I never received and after care instructions nor anything for pain.. just told to wait out in the lobby for another 5 mins to be told o can go home. The only plus side was I had a $75 something fee (know idea what for) waived.
On January 19, 2026 during a root canal procedure, Dr.Rusul Albazi sustained a needle stick injury. Dr. Albazi did not change her gloves or the needle after the injury and continued the procedure. When I questioned this and expressed concern about bloodborne pathogen exposure, I was asked about my STD status instead of the office following standard safety protocols.
